It’s Friday and after a long week or work and renovations Wesleyann and I have come to some conclusions.

1. We stink at sewing! We’ve pretty much made every mistake from sewing something backwards, to sewing with no thread. We even had to google how to thread a bobbin.

2. Paint fumes do decrease brain cells. {but our painted mantle looks fab}

3. Things never go as planned… So you better just roll with it!

This sounds crazy but we’ve been waiting for a “yellow” themed event! As soon as we arrived at Adam and Jenni’s wedding we were delighted. Yellow was everywhere!  The couple teamed up with the girls at “It’s a Shore Thing” to put on a spectacular event.Despite the smoldering June heat everything went smoothly and lead into a roaring party that rocked the town of Rosemary beach.  Take a peek!!!

July 17, 2009 - 3:39 pm Lauren - Love. love. love. All the sunny yellows instantly put me in a good mood. :)

July 22, 2009 - 1:29 am Rae Leytham - Totally LOVE this wedding. So much fun and so full of details. I send this link to a future bride so she can see the cute airplane send-off!!!

August 20, 2009 - 8:33 pm Johanna - I wanted to find out if the bridesmaid dresses being worn are by Watters and Watters.

September 2, 2009 - 1:31 pm Kasia Gilbert - Love the images!!! We did paper airplanes instead of rice at ours too...though as young as we were and on a cash only budget (therefore no wedding planner or more disappointing - awesome wedding photos sob sob) I stayed up the night before folded over 100 origami paper airplanes while the boys were out for their last hoorah and my ladies slept. Am I allowed to have a re-wedding! :) I want the same groom! LOL!

January 14, 2010 - 9:33 pm Renee Armour - Wow, I must have overlooked this post...this was the first wedding that I met Genya. Jenni and her mom were the absolute sweetest! A little blast from '09 tonight...thanks. And you were right--hot doesn't begin to describe that day.
